Costs and Terms

Our legal assessment fee rates are competitive but since cases can vary significantly it is not possible to cite a typical cost per report. However, on receiving details of a case we will be pleased to provide estimates of cost in advance of instruction.

Our normal terms of payment are settlement within 30 days of the delivery of our report.

When a case is funded by the Legal Services Commission our terms are extended to 60 days without additional cost.

Deferred fee rates are available for cases requiring more extended settlement terms.

We will also be happy to quote fees for non-legal assessment and clinical work in advance of instruction.

We do not charge VAT.
