Disability Adaptations; Consultancy & Support

At Assessability Limited, we undertake access audits on behalf of Social Services departments and Housing Associations in the North West, and make practical and effective recommendations as to how existing and new build facilities can be adapted to meet the needs of disabled residents.

Advice may cover issues such as wheelchair access and circulation, accessible bathing and food preparation facilities.

We also work with owners, architects and builders who wish to make cost-effective reasonable adjustment to the access and functionality of commercial premises for people with a varying range of disabilities, and to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
